She's only 11 years old but she is already displaying some of her famous mother's talent.

Chloe, daughter of glamorous TV soap star Stephanie Beacham, was a hit with judges with her poetry reading at a Somerset music and drama festival yesterday.

She came second out of the 29 youngsters who took part, narrowly beaten by her classmate Fiona Farquhar. Chloe, whose father is actor John McEnery, attends the £1,863-a-year St. Audries private school in West Quantoxhead, Minehead.

Her drama teacher, Mrs. Bunty Gulliford, said: 'She is very talented and an extremely sweet girl, and very outgoing.'

Stephanie Beacham, who plays Sable in the hit American serial The Colbys, is to appear in the next series of Dynasty.
