One
July 13th, 2006 |
Deputy
governor Lou Stoke has a tough first day as she attempts to quell
the panic spreading throughout the prison when several inmates are
struck down by a mysterious illness. Things worsen as a wing
governor is found dead and suspicious minds link the killing to the
recently admitted wife of a fugitive terrorist bomber.

Two
July 20th, 2006 |
Phyl
gets short shrift from Dr. Dunlop when she plays on her injury, but
learns something she can use to her advantage. Janine receives an
unexpected visit from her father, who informs her of her mother's
death - and claims she's to blame. Meanwhile, Joy loses patience
with acting wing governor Lou, and Pat is furious to learn that
Natalie has forced an inmate to smuggle drugs onto G-Wing.

Three
July 27th, 2006 |
Natalie
vows to take revenge on Pat for the drug smuggling fiasco and Donny
Kimber comes under pressure from the police to find out where
Emira's terrorist husband is hiding. Bev's new cellmate Angela
Robbins (Annette Badland) proves to be a dab hand on the domestic
front and the sexual tension between Deputy Governor Lou Stoke and
Dr Rowan Dunlop reaches boiling point.

Joy
Masterton is suitably impressed by new inmate Stella Gough's
determination to join the army and sets up a scheme for the girls to
get fit. Donny wins Janine round and persuades her to undergo
counselling to cope with her bereavement and drug dependency, but
Lou keeps Rowan guessing as the mystery of her double life at the
lap-dancing club deepens |

Five
August 10th, 2006 |
Joy
is left reeling by the discovery that Stella is her daughter, but
rather than try to make up for lost time she attempts to have the
inmate transferred to another prison. Meanwhile, Pat hatches a plan
to get rid of Natalie forever after she discovers that she used
children to get drugs into the prison. Lou experiences a change of
heart, asking Rowan Dunlop out on a date and Donny Kimber and Janine
take the opportunity to get a little closer.

Six
August 17th, 2006 |
Joy
is so depressed about her daughter's arrival in the prison she hits
the bottle hard and doesn't even notice that the Costa Cons'
delivery of healthy fruit is laced with alcohol. As Larkhall buzzes
with the excitement of the marriage blessing and Janine comes over
all lovesick about her mystery correspondent, Natalie and Pat slip
away for one final confrontation. |

Seven
August 24th, 2006 |
Phyl
and Bev find alcohol smuggling too risky amid the tightened security
following Natalie's disappearance, and fall back on blackmailing
Rowan Dunlop to preserve their drug supply. Pat begins to feel the
pressure of concealing a decomposing body and enlists the help of
the two Julies to keep one step ahead of the screws. Sylvia lands a
date, but her rare chance of romance is ruined when a newly
liberated Tina turns up looking for somewhere to stay.

Eight
August 31st, 2006 |
Tina's
bungled bank raid brings her back to Larkhall after all, where the
inmates of G Wing are enthusiastically rehearsing for a Prison Idol
talent contest, though their new music teacher Lou's drug
addict sister Vicky is more interested in the contents of
Rowan Dunlop's medicine cabinet. Janine is desperate for more time
alone with Donny Kimber and Pat is desperate to dispose of the body
she's hidden in a tumble dryer in the laundry.

Nine
September 7th, 2006 |
Unaware
of his devious behaviour, Lou accepts a proposal from Rowan, while
Vicky is so pleased to have a supply of drugs in the family she
agrees to be her sister's bridesmaid, even though she can see
straight through him. Janine gets permission to visit her mother's
grave and has a wonderful away day with Donny which tempts them both
to do a runner. A photograph of her granddaughter inspires Julie S
to battle against her cancer and Sylvia gets an unexpected career
boost. |

September 14th, 2006 |
TV
celebrity designer Catherine Earlham arrives in Larkhall after
embezzling money from a pension fund and promptly gets the inmates
scrubbing the place clean for an at home makeover
feature. Darlene falls under the spell of the star prisoner but
Costa cons Phyl and Bev fall out over her and new wing governor
Bodybag Hollamby's efforts to make her mark on the place pale into
insignificance. |
