The following questions were submitted by members of the 'Simply Stephanie Chatlist' and Stephanie kindly agreed to answer them.

Do you really like Barry Manilow that much? (Ref: 'Unconditional Love')

I was never a fan until I met him and found him utterly charming.

Is there anyone that you haven't acted with yet, that you'd like to?

Lots of people.

Are you a 'fan' of any actor/actress?

No - but I admire many performers. There are many fine actors/actresses.

[Tom] What was the most difficult role you played?

The one I'll do next - always.

[Tom] Did you enjoy doing 'Man O' Man'?

(Stephanie didn't remember this particular appearance.)

[Laura] If you weren't an actress, what type of job do you think you would have?

Judge? Deaf Teacher?

[Tracey] What do you think is the most challenging aspect of acting?

Being flexible to the compromises, circumstances bring.

[Tracey] What would your dream role be? If you could choose any character from a play or book, who would it be?

Athene - Goddess of wisdom and truth.

[Tracey] Of all the characters you have portrayed, do you have a favourite and if so, who is it?

I have loved them all.

[Tracey] Which actor/actress have you enjoyed working with most over the years?

Charlton Heston.

[Nigel] Do you think the public perception of you as a 'super-bitch' has had a detrimental effect on offers of work during your career?

No - passive victims are boring, in life and on screen.

[Nigel] If a huge role came along; one that would make you rich beyond your wildest dreams; but you hated the part... would you take the money and run, or pass it up?

How long is the contract? Short - I'll take it. 5 years - I'll pass.

[Margaret] When do you think we fans in the USA will see you in another TV series, since it's been so long?

Pester the networks.

[Frank] Is it true you were once held prisoner in an Iraqi jail on trumped up spying charges?

No. I had to give the film in my camera to the police as I had taken photos of the Euphrates during wartime - or I would have been charged with spying. I was just sightseeing.

[Frank] Are you satisfied with the way your career has gone since 'Dynasty' ended?

Absolutely - but I look forward to the next big series in the U.S.A.
